By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

Your Wholesome Life LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

• Creative photography and video services 
• Animal wellness and bodywork services 
• Educational content, workshops, and courses 
• Handmade and small-batch wellness products 

All offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

All information provided through this website, including educational content, products, and services, is for informational purposes only.

Animal wellness services and plant-based products are not a substitute for professional veterinary or medical care. Always consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

Due to the nature of our products:

• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued 
• Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting: lweaver@yourwholesomelife.com 
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in like-new condition to qualify for exchange 
• Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value 
  • If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the difference 

If an item arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the packaging and product 
• Email them to lweaver@yourwholesomelife.com to request a replacement 

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, etc.):

• Please contact lweaver@yourwholesomelife.com 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, approved exchanges or replacements will be processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock items.

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment 
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 cancellation fee 
• No-call/no-shows, or inability to access the appointment location upon arrival, will result in forfeiture of full payment 
• Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost with 24+ hours’ notice 

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all photography or creative service bookings.

• The retainer reserves your date and time exclusively 
• Once booked, no other clients will be scheduled during that time 
• The retainer is non-refundable in order to protect against loss of business 

If a client needs to reschedule:

• The retainer may be applied to a new date if rescheduled within 2 months of the original session date 
• After 2 months, the retainer is forfeited and a new booking and retainer are required 

All payments are due as outlined at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Content may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Photography and video work displayed on this site is for portfolio purposes and may not be used or reproduced without authorization.
