Counseling?
Holistic Health Counseling is a unique and exciting innovation in
health and nutrition.
As a health counselor and healthy nutrition and lifestyle expert, I
have studied all major dietary theories, and can help you discover the
very best path for your own personal life transformation. The goal is to to optimize your health,
weight and lifestyle while enjoying wonderful food, balanced nutrition
and healthy living.
If you think healthy food is bland, tasteless and limited in variety,
think again. I have spent more than 20 years developing what many say
are the most delicious recipes anywhere -- and the healthiest.
My recipes are full of flavor and made with ingredients selected for
optimum nutrition, sustainability and seasonal availability. I strive
to create simple but super delicious meals that everyone can savor
while enjoying tremendous health benefits. And I mean everyone. Your
spouse and even your children will love the food you make with my
recipes.
While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats and
proteins, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a
way that is flexible, fun, rewarding and free of denial. My role as
health counselor is to inform, inspire and give my clients the
guidance and support they need to transform their life and achieve
their goals.
No one diet works for everyone. I help you make the food and lifestyle
choices that are just right for you and you alone, taking into account
your age, gender, activity level and unique health history.
In my health counseling practice, I create personalized programs
designed to help you dramatically improve not only health, but
happiness. Together, we'll explore all your concerns, and discover the
tools you need for a lifetime of balance, maximum health, happiness
and joyful living.
